Landed in Mexico City around 8.00 pm on 5th April, 2011. Had MT meeting on 6th April with Jean-Marcel Ribaut, Graham McLaren, Xavier Delannay, Ndeye Ndack, Antonia Okono. Did preparation for EB meeting.
Came from CIMMYT to Villas Arqueologicas San Juan Teotihuacan in the evening of 6th April.
EB meeting started on 7th April, 08.30 am. I delivered the presentation on the progress on Theme 1: Comparative and Applied Genomics.
On 8th April, we had updates from Andrew Bonnett on SRF of CGIAR. Dave Hoisington as a Chair of Consortium Committee gave his perspective on GCP's future.
In summary, we had a great EB meeting. Now I will be flying to Bali (Indonesia) via Frankfurt-Munich-Singapore.
